Sabudana vada is a Gujarati dish and makes a excellent nighttime snack. Crispy and crunchy these vadas are a delight to eat with a cup of hot ginger tea. these also are an awesome alternative for fasting as all of the components can be eaten throughout fasting. Sabudana – 1/2 cup
Boiled potato – 2 ( medium )
Salt to flavor ( use sendha namak if making for fasting )
fresh coriander – three tbsp ( chopped )
green chili – 2-3 ( chopped )
Roasted peanuts – 1/4 cup ( pores and skin removed and damaged into small portions )
Wash the sabudana very properly.
Soak for six-8 hours in water. ( water should simply cowl the sabudana )
After 6-eight hours, sabudana would have soaked all of the water and can be smooth.
upload soaked sabudana, salt, clean coriander, inexperienced chili and roasted peanuts in a bowl.
Mash the boiled potatoes and add to the bowl.
