Butter Chicken like fowl tikka masala Recipe , is one of the maximum popular Indian curries across the world and for all the right reasons. This delicious chook recipe is likewise famous by using its Hindi name – murgh makhani. The flavor of the creamy vivid colored masala with chunks of grilled hen in it is an unforgettable one and i like mine with a few smooth rumali rotis, even though you could have it with any sort of Indian flatbread too. Like its north Indian origins and call itself suggests suitable quantities of butter go into the making of this dish.
