For every bowlful of Bhelpuri –
Murmura – ½ bowl
Sev – ¼ bowl
Tomato ketchup – 1 ½ -2 tbsp
Finely chopped onions – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped tomatoes – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves – ¾ tbsp
blend all of the above components and serve.
if your visitors are all there, you may blend three bowls of murmura with 1 ½ bowls of sev and add three-four tbsps every of chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves and tbsps of tomato ketchup and blend nicely. Serve your guests (5-6)
in case you want to make it unique, you may add diced boiled potatoes, ‘matri’ pieces, peanuts, and ‘totapuri’ mango portions (if it’s far mango season) too.
in place of tomato ketchup, tamarind chutney and highly spiced inexperienced chutney may be delivered if you need to make proper bhel puri. simply recall, the tamarind chutney should be thick, no longer watery as in ‘pani puri’.
