Sweet Potato/Sakkariya Recipe

Sakkariya / sweet potato – half kg
Oil / Ghee – 2 tbsp
Coriander and mint chutney – 1/4 cup ( recipe is here )
Tamarind chutney – 1/four cup
Curd – half cup
Salt to flavor
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
purple chili powder – half tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
inexperienced chili – 1 ( chopped )
inexperienced coriander – 2 tbsp ( chopped )
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds – 1/four cup
Nylon sev – 1/4 cup




Wash the Sakkariya well.
pressure prepare dinner for one whistle.
Peel and cut into small pieces.
add ghee or oil in a pan and fry it until barely golden brown.
eliminate from the pan.
arrange the Sakkariya within the serving plate.
top with the coriander chutney.
Sprinkle the tamarind chutney.
Now upload the curd.
Sprinkle salt, crimson chili powder, roasted cumin powder and chaat masala.
Sprinkle the lemon juice.
