Roasted Chicken Lasagna Recipe


Every body loves Roasted Chicken Lasagna so here is Recipe, Lasagne are huge, flat-fashioned pasta, and probable one of the oldest styles of pasta. The word “lasagne”, and, in many non-Italian languages, the singular “lasagna”, can also confer with a dish made with several layers of lasagne sheets alternated with sauces and various other elements.



For roasted bird
hen breast-1
Olive oil-2 tsp
Pepper-12 tsp
For mushroom

Mushroom-250 gms
Olive oil-2 tsp
Garlic-2 cloves
Black pepper-12 tsp
For Tomato sauce

Olive oil-four tsp
Garlic-three-4 cloves
Tomatoes-three ( medium, chopped )
Tomato puree-2 tsp
Sugar-1 tsp
Black pepper-12 tsp
Basil leaves-4-five chopped ( If fresh basil is not available,you may use the dry one )
Water-1 cup
For bechamel sauce

Unsalted butter-1 and 12 tbsp
All purpose flour-2 tsp
Low fats milk-1 cup
Black pepper-14 tsp
Lasagna pasta-6 sheets ( boiled according to manufacturers practise )
Parmesan cheese-1 and 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese-12 cup






For the bird

In a oven evidence dish, mix all of the elements and bake for 30 minutes at 450 ranges

For the mushroom

In a pan upload olive oil
while the oil is warm, add garlic and fry till slightly browned
add mushroom, salt and pepper
cook dinner till mushrooms are barely browned and all the water from them has evaporated

For the tomato sauce

upload oil in a pan
upload garlic and fry until gently browned
upload tomato, tomato puree, salt, sugar, pepper powder, basil leaves and water
cook for eight-10 mins, until tomatoes are cooked well

For bechamel sauce

heat butter in a pan
upload all cause flour and fry for two-three minutes, on low warmth, till it turns mild brown
switch off the warmness and upload milk
blend well
switch on the warmth once more and cook dinner the sauce , till it’s far thick and creamy
when you have a few lumps, sieve the sauce via a strainer


Take a 8x eight inch baking tray and spread a tablespoon of tomato sauce
arrange 2 sheets of lasagne on pinnacle of the sauce
spread 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce, sprinkle some bird and mushroom filling
spread 2 tbsp of bechamel sauce and half of cup of Parmesan cheese on pinnacle
Repeat with different sheets of lasagne, until you have got 3 layers
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on pinnacle and bake at 350 tiers for 30-35 mins, till the crust is gently browned
Cool for five minutes for serving
