Onion – 1 ( very finely chopped )
Tomato – 1 ( very finely chopped )
green chili – 1 ( chopped )
Coriander – 2 tbsp ( chopped )
Salt to taste
Chaat masala – 12 tsp
pink chili powder – 14 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Mix all the ingredients except papads in a bowl.
Lay the papads on the serving platter.
Top the papads with the mixture.
