fowl breast-2
Vegetable oil-3 tbsp
Ginger-1 inch piece ( finely chopped )
Garlic-four-5 cloves ( finely chopped )
Onion-1 cup ( reduce into small squares )
green capsicum-1 ( cut into small squares )
red bell pepper-12 ( reduce into small squares )
Cashew nuts-1 cup
Soya sauce-3 tsp
Tomato ketchup-2 tsp
Rice wine vinegar-2 tsp
Dry pink chilies-three-four ( soak in water for 5-6 minutes and mix in a blender to make a paste )
Black pepper powder-12 tsp
Sesame oil-14 tsp
Cornflour-1 tbsp
Salt-to taste




cut chicken breast into small cubes
warmness 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry chicken portions till the bird is 1/2 cooked
dispose of from the wok and maintain aside
inside the same wok, add 1 tbsp oil
add ginger and garlic and fry for two mins
upload onion, pink bell pepper and capsicum
Fry for two mins
add chook
upload soya sauce, tomato ketchup, rice wine vinegar, crimson chili paste, black pepper and sesame oil to the wok
In a bowl, upload little water and dissolve cornflour in it
upload it to the wok
upload salt
cook on medium warmth till fowl is cooked
Serve hot with some rice
