Shrimp -1 lb
Ginger Garlic Paste -2 tsp
Chilli strength -1 spoon
Garam Masala Powder -1/2 tsp
Corn flour -1 tblsp
purple meals color – couple pinches/drops
Lemon juice -1 tblsp
Bell pepper (coloured ) -1 cup (sliced lengthwise)
Curry Leaves – 1 string
Onion – half cup(Sliced lengthwise)
Chilli sauce – 1 tblsp or to flavor
Soya sauce – 1 tblsp or to taste
1. smooth and devein the Shrimp.
2. blend the Shrimp with all of the marination elements and permit it sit down for an hour.
three. heat oil in a wok, fry the curry leaves and scoop it out and maintain one by one.
four. within the same pan saute the onions and the bell peppers. permit the vegetables live crunchy.
five. upload the chili sauce and little Soya sauce.
6. add the marinated shrimp on the sautéed veggie mattress and near it with a lid and let it prepare dinner on a low flame.
7. After couple minutes blend it together and allow it cook dinner for every other minute
8. add the curry leaves to it.
9. Yummy spicy Chilli Shrimp prepared.
10. Serve it with any kind of pulav or function a starter.
Do no longer overcook the shrimp, it turns into rubbery.
